Confidentiality

Your data can only be provided to a client of ours upon your consent. We will notice you in advance of any special tests, research, or reference checks we plan to undertake.

No bias

ANCOR consultants commit not to discriminate against candidates on grounds of sex, age, national origin, political or religious beliefs.

Openness

We will make sure to provide you with all information we have about the employer that invited you for an interview, unless such information is of confidential nature. After an interview with the employer, we will discuss the results with you.

Long-standing relationships

All information you provide to us is recorded and stored in an electronic database. Thus, in assisting you, we can take proper account of any changes in your life and career.

Free service

All ANCOR services for candidates are free; however, as the special nature of our work suggests, we cannot guarantee employment.

If you found employment through ANCOR and hold employment with the same company or another client company of ANCOR, our consultants may not contact you with a new job offer. The only exception to this rule is where you turn to us on your own, after having notified your employer accordingly.

For ANCOR to be able to consider you for vacancies that open from time to time, you only need to send your résumé once to the respective office's email address. Please also keep us updated on any changes in your career or contact information. Our consultants will get in touch with you as soon as a vacancy fitting your experience, plans, and expectations appears in ANCOR's portfolio of orders. During an interview, you will be asked to fill out a Consent to Handle Personal Data form.
