Responsibility Areas
ANCOR account management structure has got the following responsibility areas:
- Key Account Manager is responsible for the development and support of relationship with the Clients of national and multinational importance
- Project Coordinator is responsible for the quality of any ANCOR service rendering to the corporate accounts Project Coordinators assure the service quality in accordance to the corporate standards in any of ANCOR offices
- Branch Director is responsible for relationship development with the local customers in the territory regarding all the services provided
- Team Leader is responsible for rendering service in a certain industrial segment
- Consultants, Recruiters are responsible for a certain project efficiency and the service quality in their work with the Client
