Education: Graduated from the Russian State Humanitarian University with specialty in Linguistics in 1998. Completed the full course of training sessions at the Manpower company, including recruitment, work with key clients and different aspects of management.
Career: In 1998-2007 worked in the Manpower company. In 1998-2001 Irina's work involved search and selection of personnel in spheres such as internal finance, sales and marketing, IT and telecom. In 2001-2003 she was the manager for key client relations and in 2003-2007 she was engaged in organization and development of the subdivision that worked with banks.
At ANCOR: Irina joined the company in the beginning of 2008 as the deputy head of the Banks and Financial Services subdivision responsible for client relations. She combines her work with several key clients with operational activities. Starting in July 2008 she is the deputy head of ANCOR Banking, Financial Services responsible for client relations. On the 1st September 2009 she was appointed the Director of ANCOR Staff Leasing company, Russia.
