Career: In 1997-2003 Natalya worked for international FMCG companies.
At ANCOR: In August 2003 she joined ANCOR as a researcher in the industrial recruitment department. Starting in December 2005 she was working as a consultant in the «Automotive business» subdivision. Starting in July 2008 she became a head of the ANCOR Automotive direction. In 2011 Mrs Malysheva was appointed as a Director of ANCOR Business Solutions.
