Sergei Salikov

Education:Graduated from the State Far Eastern Maritime Academy majoring in engineering and navigation in 1992.
Career:Sergei Salikov studied and worked in the fleet from 1985 to 1994.
At ANCOR: In 1994 Sergei became ANCOR regional representative in the Far East. In 1995 Sergei Salikov was appointed as the Director of ANCOR’s subsidiary company — ANCOR in Vladivostok.
In 1998 Sergei purchased ANCOR’s office in Vladivostok into his personal ownership and signed the franchising agreement with ANCOR Head office. In 1999-2000 Salikov formed ANCOR Eastern division. Also Sergei opened up subsidiary companies of ANCOR in Irkutsk and Khabarovsk. In 2004 he joined the newly-created ANCOR Group with these three companies. Sergei Salikov had been working in the Management company of ANCOR Group since 2004 as the Director of Regional Development, since 2007 — the Vice-president, Business Development. On the 15th September 2008 he was appointed as the Managing Director by decision of Board of Directors.
Alexei Mironov

Place of birth: Kolomna, Moscow Region
Education: Alexei graduated from Kolomna State Pedagogical Institute and has two diplomas majoring in Linguistics and National Economy. Alexei also received MBA degree in marketing in the All-Russian Academy of Foreign Trade.
Career: In 2001-2005 Alexei worked for Coleman Service where went from consultant to the head of the marketing and business development department.
At ANCOR: Alexei joined ANCOR in 2005 as the national manager for business development, later took the lead of Key Account Management. From 11 January 2009, he was Account Relations Director at ANCOR Since 2008 Alexei is a member of the Board of Directors. On 11 January 2010, appointed Deputy General Director for Business Development at ANCOR.
Anna Silina
Country Director, Russia Place of birth: Saint Petersburg.
Education: Graduated two university degrees: in Biology and Chemistry, obtained from the Saint Petersburg State University named after Hertsen in 1994 , and in Philology, from the Saint Petersburg University named after Lomonosov in 1998. She graduated from the International Business program at the Saint Petersburg University of Finance and Economics with specialization in Marketing in 2001.
Career: From 1994 to 1999, Anna worked as a project coordinator at American consultancy Citizens Democracy Corps and was responsible for selecting American experts and arranging their business visits to Russia. In 2002, Anna left recruitment for corporate HR with international corporations: she was employed by Schlumberger as HR director of its technology division and by Danone as HR manager of its industry division. In these companies, Anna was involved in start-up projects dealing with the establishment, management, and centralized coordination of HR departments of a number of plants located across various regions, she also handled due diligence projects, large-scale staff selection and leasing projects, was in charge of administrative department management and industrial safety.
At ANCOR: From 1999, she worked as a consultant at ANCOR Saint Petersburg. Starting from June 2007, Anna had been director of ANCOR Saint Petersburg. Effective from February 2010, Anna Silina has been appointed Director of ANCOR Russia.
Yevgeny Delov
Country Director, Ukraine
Place of birth: Kishinev, Moldova
Education: Specialist degree in Economics of Enterprise (2000), degree in Project Management and Consulting (2001) obtained from Kiev National University of Economics.
Career: Since 2001, Yevgeny worked as a project manager at ACC publishing house (Accounting at Length), and subsequently took the post of business development manager at Acumen Outsourcing (Brain Source International).
At ANCOR: From November 2006, Yevgeny was Director of ANCOR Staff Leasing Company in Ukraine. Starting from 18 May 2009, he is appointed Director of ANCOR Ukraine.
Lyudmila Belova
Country Director, Kazakhstan Place of birth: Almaty
Education: Degree in Psychology obtained in 1995 from the Pedagogical University named after Gertsen (Saint Petersburg). From 2004 till 2006, she studied at the International Academy of Business, Almaty.
Career: From 1990 till 1995, Lyudmila worked as a school psychologist in Secondary School nr. 3 (Saint Petersburg). From 1995 till 1997, she was an HR inspector at AO Elens (Saint Petersburg). From 1997 till 2000 — acting Director at Bobkoff & KNAUF construction company (Atyrau). From 2000 till 2004 — General Director at BILMEX (Almaty). From 2004 till 2005 — General Director at UNISPA (Almaty). From 2005 till 2007 — Director for Business development at DICOSTA.
At ANCOR: From 2007 till 2009, Lyudmila was Director of ANCOR Staff Leasing Company in Almaty. On the 2nd March 2009 she was appointed the Director of ANCOR Central Asia.
