Elena Grineva is Appointed the Country Director, Ukraine of ANCOR Holding

On July 1, 2011 Elena Grineva was appointed the Country Director, Ukraine of ANCOR Holding.

Evgeny Delov who was the head of the strategic business unit «ANCOR, Ukraine» for more than two years, got a promotion in the holding company.

Earlier Elena Grineva held the position of the Director for the macro region «South, Volga region» of ANCOR Holding in Russia.

In her new position responsibilities of Elena Grineva will comprise the following tasks:

  • to achieve financial goals set for ANCOR in Ukraine;
  • to expand expert activities and develop business in the main economic segments of the Ukrainian market;
  • to strengthen ANCOR leading positions in all the regions of operation in Ukraine;
  • to develop HR products range of the Holding;
  • to market HR comprehensive business solutions.

Elena Grineva commented on her appointment: «I appreciate the confidence the Company showed in me, and I am positive that together with a Ukrainian professional team we will implement the most ambitious goals that are set before us. I am willing to do my best and use all my professional knowledge to guarantee the Company’s leading position in the country and fulfill plans that are part of ANCOR strategic goals».

Background information

Elena Grineva was born in Taganrog, Rostov region. In 1996 she graduated from the Taganrog State Teacher Training Institute as an «English and Spanish teacher».

She started her career as an English teacher, and from 1996 to 1998 worked in a school of extended English studies in Taganrog. From June 2001 to September 2002 she developed her career in the advertising agency «Passat Promotion» as a promotional personnel supervisor. Elena started to work in HR segment in January 2003 as a Junior Consultant in the ANCOR Rostov-on-Don office and gained a position of a Recruitment Consultant in less than two years. According to 2-year results Elena became the most effective consultant in the office.

In March 2005 Elena Grineva was appointed the director of new ANCOR office in Volgograd where she was responsible for startup development of the company’s business and product range in the region. In 2006 being a regional manager of the Holding she opened branch offices of ANCOR Staff leasing Company in Volgograd and Rostov-on-Don. Since February 2010 she became the head of «South, Volga region» macro-region branch and was in charge of ANCOR business operations in 9 Russian cities. On July 1, 2011 Elena was appointed the Country Director, Ukraine of ANCOR Holding.
