Option 2: ANCOR provides the recruitment team at the client's location.

ANCOR provides a recruitment team that is engaged only for the fulfillment of the project and works at the client’s location.

ANCOR takes responsibility for:

• staff qualifications of engaged project group
• replacement of any of the group members if he/she can’t fulfill the assigned tasks due to illness or when his/her performance is unsatisfactory.

The Client takes responsibility for:

• control of recruitment team performance
• provision of workplaces for the team
• advertisement for candidates attraction

Guarantees

ANCOR guarantees the provision of the approved recruitment team for the duration of the project.

Pricing policy

The client pays for the provision of the recruitment team monthly but does not pay for the candidates referred by it. The price for the team provision consists of every team member provision cost.
